Wednesday, 10/3 | ILS – Lunch Lecture: Climate Change and New Legal Paradigms 

Details: Join International Law Society (ILS) for a lunch time lecture presented by visiting faculty from the University of Le Mans (France). Professors Sarah Cassella and Sabrina Robert-Cuendet will discuss their research on the effectiveness of legal paradigms within international law and overcoming the climate change challenge. Professor Cassella will focus on domestic and international responsibility of the State for climate change, while Professor Robert-Cuendet will discuss renewable marine energies, international law and models of governance.
